Our Team
With over 30 years in the dental field, Cindy’s journey began as a (RDA) before transitioning into leadership roles, including Office Manager. Her extensive background includes 16 years with a leading dental insurance company, where she honed her skills in claims auditing, grievance management, training, and provider relations. As a former Dental Benefits Analyst for the California Dental Association, Cindy gained deep insights into dental benefit plans, equipping her to guide practices through the complexities of PPO plans, billing, and revenue optimization.
Our Approach
Nikole brings over a decade of hands-on experience in the dental field, starting as a Dental Assistant and later advancing to roles such as Benefits Coordinator and Operations Manager for a large Dental Service Organization (DSO). Her expertise spans patient care, practice management, and operational efficiency. Nikole’s time in the California Dental Association’s peer review department further refined her skills in supporting dental professionals.
